How to Export and Import Coffee to The Philippines? Transporting coffee to the Philippines by sea –  Coffee works well as an anti-stress due to the release of dopamine and serotonin that help “trigger” a good mood.

A cup, or even just the smell of coffee, can calm your nerves. Furthermore, caffeine is one of the most common central nervous system stimulants (CNS), and this constant stimulation can reduce depression.

Interestingly, only the caffeine found in coffee has this effect, as opposed to the caffeine found in tea, soda, or chocolate, which does not stimulate the CNS effectively.
