Methods of cold brewing

An optimum extraction process takes roughly 2-4 minutes with hot coffee. Cold coffee is unusual since it is made at two different temperatures. The ideal extraction procedure lasts for around 8-12 hours at 21-22oC; however, it should be 10 hours. And at 1-2oC, extraction takes 12-20 hours, with 16 hours being the optimal time.
