Technical Standards Of Robusta Exporting Green Coffee?

At various periods, there are unique specs and standards for each country, each order, and each customer. You can refer to the following technical standards:

1. Dry-processed Robusta green coffee standard Grade 1, 18 sieves (Robusta coffee grade 1 on-screen No. 18)

  • Humidity (Moisture): maximum 12.5 percent
  • 2 percent maximum for black and broken beans
  • Foreign matter: a maximum of 0.5 percent
  • Other coffee beans: a maximum of 0.5 percent
  • Minimum sieve percentage of 90% (>90% on Screen No. ): 18 (7.1mm)
  • 60kg packed in a whole bag
  • Standard container export (19.2 tons)

2. Type 1 sieve 16 standards for dry-processed Robusta coffee beans (Robusta coffee grade 1 on-screen No. 16)

  • Humidity: maximum 12.5 percent
  • The maximum percentage of black and broken seeds is 2%.
  • Impurity concentration: 0.5 percent maximum
  • Maximum odds ratio: 0.5 percent
  • On a sieve, a minimum of 90% must be achieved: 16 (6.3mm)
  • 60kg packed in a whole bag
  • Standard container export (19.2 tons)

3. Type 2 sieve 13 standards for dry-processed Robusta coffee beans (Robusta coffee grade 2 on-screen No. 13)

  • Maximum percentage of black and cracked seeds: 5%Impurity concentration: no more than 1%
  • 1 percent top odds ratio

  • 60kg packed in a whole bag
  • Export standard (19.2 tons per container or 21.6 tons per blown container)

4. Robusta green coffee (complete washed) standard wet-processed special, grade 1, sieve 16, sieve 18 (Robusta coffee washed particular grade 1 on-screen No. 16, No. 18)

  • 0 percent maximum black seed rate
  • The maximum percentage of shattered particles is 0.2 percent.
  • Impurity concentration: 0.1 percent maximum
  • Stick-to-stone ratio: 0.02 percent maximum
  • 90 percent minimum on sieve: 18 (7.1mm), sieve 16 (6.3mm)
  • Export standard (18 tons/container) packaging: 60kg in sacks packed with vegetable oil
